Shipping Time -- All orders typically
ship from our warehouse within 48hrs from the time that
the order was placed(Monday-Friday), unless otherwise noted in the product
detail page. From time to time we may
list items that ship directly from our suppliers.
We will inform you via email once your order has
shipped. This email will also contain
the shipping method and a tracking number if applicable.
If there are any delays in the shipments caused by us, we will also notify you by email. Although Hollander Glass, Inc. makes every effort to ship every order expeditiously, there are times when a shipping carrier may delay delivery of your order for reasons that are beyond our control. Please note that Hollander Glass, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by a shipping carrier
